The booking process is quite primitive and no online service or tickets are available!!! Crazy long queueing outside during the holiday season awaiting you.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT VISIT HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THE INDOLENT AND RUDE 'STAFF' ALLOW QUEUES TO GROW WITHOUT WARNING THAT YOU MAY NOT GET IN. YOUNG CHILDREN AND BABIES CRYING AFTER WAITING TWO HOURS FOR THEIR CHANCE TO SKATE. QUITE POSSIBLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL; THERE SHOULD BE A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION INTO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went there with my friends and it was super cool even tho it wasn’t a big place it was still nice 👍🏻.
the queue is very long + the shoes isn’t comfortable for ppl with wide feet 🦶 mine isn’t that wide yet it hurt like hell after 10 min I couldn’t stand very well.
I hope they can put some bigger shoes (it’s just a suggestion) .
The ice skating ring is cool but it really tends to get overcrowded during weekends which kind of ruins the experience. Gloves are mandatory, bring some from home if you want to avoid paying for a bad quality pair!
Very disappointed. Staff unfriendly. Half of the time we were there we waited for the rink to be cleaned and the vending machine charged us triple the price advertised. First time of ice skating in 15 years and will definitely be going elsewhere in the future.
Went with my family during a trip to Paris. They rent skates and locks (to leave your bags in lockers). Very few people bring their own skates.
We had to wait in line for a good hour before being allowed into the building. We had to buy entrance tickets and there were only two windows selling them for a few hundred people.
Thee ring was open for 3 hours, with a 10 minute break after 1.5 hour to re-do the ice with the zamboni. There were a lot of people skating, most of them who did not skat very well. We had to be extremely careful not to hit them, as their behavior was rather unpredictable.
There was no food available other than from vending machines (with one of the two not taking my money).
It opens for 3 hours and, being there 15 mins before opening, we had to queue for 1 hour. Only 2 people charging at the entry for so many of us. For the reviews apparently they have this problem for at least 4 years and they havent resolved it yet.It was packed with too many people, dangerous.
There is a 15mins break to fix the ice and 30 mins before closing they start inviting you to leave “to avoid queue”. A total DISASTER/ ROBERY 10€ per head for 3 hours of queues. They need to replace the person in charge ASASP.
